As a good many of us already know, the tail end on the DVT does leave a little to be desired.! So I took the plunge, and the Dremel, and cut and moulded the original number plate hanger to something, which I feel, is more befitting the rear of the bike. Currently getting ready to wire-in the led's or just go for an integrated rear light. Hope it's of interest....
A tail tidy has always been an early mod on my past bikes, and I looked after I bought my DVT. I’ve kind of grown used to the standard item. But I could be persuaded. Can you do a side on pic showing all the bike, to better show the overall look?
Indicator fitted...... Quite pleased for a first attempt but when more plastics become available, at right price, I'll do a bit different. Hope you like.
Just takes longer to clean! Cleaning is like therapy or should I say escapology! Gets me out of shopping with mrs.!
I have made one from 2mm sheet metal laser cut. Painted in black with pouder coated you can't see the paint in the photo because is not painted yet. Also i have made a phone holder in front!

Yes I am!! Duh, looks great though was it a pain to do? Can you do a pic from underneath, I hate the back end and I'll go with the integrated tailight
