?
  1. Full Brexit with "no EU deal" on the 29th March.

  2. Request Extension to article 50 to allow a general election and new negotiations.

  3. Request Extension to article 50 to allow cross party talks and a new deal to be put to EU.

  4. Request Extension to article 50 to allow a second referendum on 1. Remain in EU or 2. Full Brexit.

  5. Table a motion in parliament to Remain in EU WITHOUT a referendum.

  6. I don't know or I don't care anymore

  1. Are we going to start diverging from technical compliance?

For example 509 of 518 technical compliance laws relating financial services are EU wide laws. These ensure amongst other things a level playing field and effectively maintain the status quo of London’s dominance in financial services. Which of these laws are we going to change? Will me miss the ability to influence these laws evolution at EU level. Or will we just keep them? Why leave the EU then?

What about goods? Are we going to go back to using the wiring colours we used before EU harmonisation or have differing emissions standards?

    Changing costs money.

Leaving the customs union automatically means loss of technical compliance passporting which means every manufacturer has to pay for compliance certification.

Or are we going to bypass all this by going for a soft Brexit which gets round these problems but we can’t influence some future laws?

Incidentally many EU are just the implementation of world ISO standards and we will have to implement them anyway.

  2. Who can't get what right? :) You haven't the 1st idea what you are talking about.

    https://www.gov.uk/government/news/blue-uk-passport-to-return-after-eu-exit

    https://www.theguardian.com/politic...rows-over-traditional-british-passport-colour

“The colour of the new passport will be returning to its previous navy blue,” the statement says. “The image alongside our announcement … is a mock-up produced for illustrative purposes before the final design is completed. The colour will be navy blue and the design embossed in gold.”

The statement goes on to say: “Since its introduction in 1921, there have been a few variants of that navy blue colour but it has never been black, as some commentators have suggested.”

  3. That the best you have?

    Really?

It was black, my Dad had one and it was black.

Maybe under intense light of the correct spectrum you may pick up a slight hint of blue, but it was effectively black.

Shades blue are not the strong suit of the British establishment. They can’t even get the Union flag right.
