Nope. Things are stuck in provincial government red tape. Hence why I'd like to go and unravall it. Despite popular opinion that the Chinese seem to have very few laws or financial restrictions and therefore are able to move quickly commercially I can confirm that they are no different to anywhere else in the world and have to go through due process.
