No problem mate, glad it worked. To get back from pamplona , we can take any route but iirc, San Sebastian is nice for a spot of lunch, as the boat doesn't sail till mid evening
Maybe one more for the trip @Wayne58 ... my mate Tim from Jersey on his Multi. He is trying to book hotels now. He would come over from Portsmouth with me on Sat morning but for the return he would depart Pamplona on 21/4 and ride north thro France to St Malo for ferry back to Jersey on 22/4. I'll let you know once he is confirmed
what about @Not Carl Fogarty ? he was threating to do the ferry trip and a few days... He pm'd me. With peer pressure I reckon we could force his hand...
unsure about madprof but not carl fogarty is a mate on here that had a baby recently and is trying not to let the lil guy slow him down... Obviously he's not trying hard enough....
Got myself a LWB Peugeot Boxer, had a transit previously but outgrown it. first day driving it today, slightly underpowered I think but think I've been treated with the ford... but its only a work vehicle.
Try it you might like it? Going to use the, I can't really afford it excuse this time. Will that cut it? & no I'm not carrying anyone's bags across the border. I think a raft with a bike on would be a bit sketchy too. Although was very tempted and I'm sure it will be worth it. I will regret not going for the rest of my life etc..
