  1. .....in true engineering style, don't engrave it.......use the proper engineering metal punches..............(get someone to proof read it first......)

    ....no offence meant

  2. Yay, its one I voted for! Beautiful bike, that represents a whole lot of imagination and work, a worthy winner there. RIP 470Four

  4. I don't know what to say. Thanks for your votes and kind words, it's a great honour to receive the first 470Four trophy, dedicated to Darren.

Thank you Rob for organising the BOTY and thanks to Italian Bike Track Days, MADASL and Powerbronze for the very generous prizes.

I'm a bloody hopeless rider, I spend too much time in the workshop and not enough in the saddle, so some track time will be extremely helpful....it's something I've always meant to try but I have never got around to organizing.

To be honest I'm shocked, there were bikes in the competition that I would swap my bike for many times over.

    Thanks again!

  7. Spot on both the winner and the course....this is why I like this forum, it's full of real decent people who are not selfish, spoilt, up themselves, a group of people you want to share some part of your life with....Darren would be touched with this.

  13. Can someone tell me what happened to 470four? I was in contact with him in December about a case saver for my 750. He had told me that there is not much call for them. We joked about how 62 hp generally will not break a chain. Great guy, sad end, but what happened?
