There is finance on it which you have to pay off at the bank after winning the auction - he will end it early to stop it selling clearly: as it wont reach £19.500 on a no reserve auction on Ebay I don't think. He won't release the frame and engine number at the registration for checks - salesman of the year
When you buy a puppy they come and check your home but apparently anyone can buy an R with no checks. Something is drastically wrong with society.
