  1. Has anyone taken reflectors of the front forks? Are they glued on?
    Cheers

  2. Chances are they are the same as other Ducati's and glued on with 3m tape. I used a length of fishing line to run behind the reflector then thumbed off the exess

  3. Just insist they remove them as part of the PDI.

  4. We had the first base model delivered last week and the refector is now circular and attached to a bracket that forms part of the front brake caliper spacer. Business opportunity here for an enterprising lathe owner making 5mm stand off spacers. Andy

  5. Agree, I use the fine fishing wire technique on hard badges/items then use either wd40/gunk gone or autosol tar remover for the spongy adhesive that is left. You can use a hairdryer aimed at the reflector side edges before wiring them off also

  6. Cheers guys will give it a go

  7. They have to stick them on as part of the PDI. :D

  8. All the bikes I’ve seen delivered in the crate at work already have the reflectors stuck on. Andy

  9. I've had 7 new bikes in the last 6 years and have them removed as part of the PDI on every one of them.........

  10. Or apparently Ducati part # 71313641A

  11. I meant i don't think they come stuck on from the factory. Bikes i have seen, come with them cable tied to the forks ready for sticking on. Maybe things have changed this year.

  12. pic?

  13. The new owner heard his bike had arrived and turned up at the shop before we’d finished getting the bike out of the crate. Unless anyone else posts a picture first, I’ll see what gets delivered in the next couple of weeks. Andy

  14. Dear lord...

I assume that with the new Brembo caliper this won't fit? The USA bikes dont have it so there must be a part somewhere to order

  15. Not really looked into it yet, just quoting someone who gave that part number as a spacer which would replace the spacer with the reflector attached. As long as it fits the bolt and is the right thickness there’s no reason why it won’t work. Seemed easier when the bikes just had the stick on reflectors on the legs.

  16. Surely a spacer the same as the other spacer on the caliper will work?
