Hi All, I've Been Prompted To Introduce Myself So Here Goes.

I joined back in August 2017 but just been lurking apart from some correspondence and assistance from Chisw, as per my user name I live in the Scottish Borders but born a Geordie, brought up in North Northumderld, first Ducati was in 1964 a 1962 200cc Elite I wish I still had it now, I am now riding a 2006 800SS that I've owned from New and a 2016 Monster 821 Stripe again purchased New but will be getting rid of the Monster soon as I'm not happy with the foot peg setup, I was an original member of the Ducati up North forum when formed by Gizmo and friends in 2006 I was also part of the group that set up The Scottish Ducati Club (member No 3 but after witnessing some in fighing during an election for club president I decided best not be part of it.
I do most of my riding on solo trips abroad and local roads which are mostly traffic free, my Sunday name is Duncan but KD is the term friends and family use apart from the usual derogatory names,
