1198 Horn Not Working

Discussion in 'Ducati General Discussion' started by Munj, Apr 6, 2018.

  1. Because he had washed it? :eyes: did he mention it was blowing soapy bubbles :splat::)

  2. Effin West Ham fans, always causing trouble

  3. When I did my 1198 rad (hole) I accidentally displaced the horn wire and the fan grazed it and shorted it. Blowing the fuse etc.

  4. What sort of electrickery units? Show us a pic of your handiwork.

  7. The horn wire had gone out of the harness, so wired it direct to the battery with an electrickery unit: ended up mounting it here as it was easier and cool enough for the plaggy unit :)

    Q. ?

On your 'MODE' switch, the writing runs vertically to read...

    M
    O
    D
    E

By the same logic, your 'PIT' / 'HORN' button says...

    upload_2018-4-7_11-29-19.png

    Is that Яussian? :bucktooth:

  14. Professional?...

  15. It's for left handed pit entries when banked over - there's another on the right hand side o_O
    or...
The button should be mounted downwards but for easier reach as a horn I have done otherwise :)
