  1. A daft one this.
The email containing my policy documents has gone AWOL. I can't for the life of me remember who I'm insured with!!
Is there a way of finding out??[IMG]

  2. U had the same problem a few years ago when I forgot who my cbr was insured through. In the end the problem solved itself when the renewal popped through the door...

  3. I need to cancel my policy at the end of the month, I can't really wait until July!! Mind you, I could just cancel the direct debit?

  4. The bank should be able to tell you from the direct debit payment instructions.

  5. Only from the credit company, not the insurer.

  6. Oh, on my bank statements it shows who the payments go to, I presumed all banks would do that but then that would make life too easy under your current circumstances. Dont suppose you remember which broker you used do you? Even the online ones should have your records.

  7. Depending how you originally paid for your insurance, debit or credit card it should show on your statements if you've kept them?
Most companies share information so phone your car insurance give them your bike reg they may or may not tell you who you're insured with?

  8. It is worth having a look at the Direct Debit as the credit company most insurance companies use is in fact the same darn company. EG ebike use a 'separate' credit company in the same building who are owned by the same people. Same with the 'debt recovery' company a lot of suppliers will threaten you with.

Word of advice - DO NOT leave your insurance running of you don't own the bike, read a very nasty piece in FB a couple of months back whereby the old owner is held to be liable and set to lose pretty much everything just because he didn't inform the company he no longer held the bike.
