hi all, Looking for a1299 OEM underslung exhaust and y connector so I can replace the euro4 shotguns on the 959. Preferably off of a uk bike (for the ‘e’ Mark) but anything considered. Bike doesn’t arrive until April so doesn’t need to be straight away. Just putting the feelers out there. Thanks!

Excuse me jumping in @burndownthediscos but I have oem cans from a 2016 1199R for sale in near showroom condition with the Y pipe. They were removed from @Sam1199S bike when the run in service was done and he fitted his race cans. I also have a two sets of Termis from an 1199S, one is like new and one is used with some aesthetic damage.
Hi Mate, I did actually see your post on these, but from what I understand the 1199 cans marry up to 60mm pipes, so I would need the whole system from headers to silencers (and a remap I would assume)? The 1299 cans marry up to 70mm pipes which are what comes with the 959 so a much easier swap needing only the Y connector and the silencer. I could be wrong of course but from the reading I have done that is how I understand it. Also, I think the Akra / Termi would be more than I can afford to spend at the moment due o the purchase of the new bike Thanks though!
That sounds like it is probably right. It may be more economical to go the 1299 route but we do actually have the whole system which we could do a deal on if you let me know what you are willing to pay. The race system and Y Pipe should be able to be sold on their own no problem.
Have these been sold as I’m looking for the same thing. I’ve just purchased a pair of cans from a 1299 that been stripped of its Cat and baffles
i might have a guy who could make the Y link piece I'm in the process of emailing him the spec and the part number. When I some research I was told that you need the 1299 link pipe to fit the pipe to the 959
Hi I’m new to the forum and just seen this thread. I’m looking at fitting 1299 cans to my 959 but need the Y connector what is the link pipe you mentioned ?
You only need the Y pipe - the two header pipes are the same across the 959 and the 1299. However- the Y pipes by themselves are like rocking horse shit so unless you have someone who can make one up for you try get a complete system or the Y pipe with the 1299 cans in one purchase.
