Premiership footballer kicks ball boy

  1. He's already a local hero!

    Apparently he's @CHARLIEM0RGAN on twitter.

  2. Oops.

The ball boy had decided to take an active part in the match - effectively he was acting as an additional Swansea player - so the matter should be dealt with as part of the normal FA procedures. Hazard should be fined and suspended, and the ball boy should be suspended by Swansea for a few matches and also fined.

Cantona kicking the fan was completely different. Besides, Eric was playing for Man U at the time, he should have been done for murder and high treason, and the whole team executed

  3. You Welsh - like a bit of David vs Goliath (although wouldn't fancy Hazard's chances against the VC who would hunt him down!)

  4. As a life long Man Utd fan , i think you'll find that 'The Legend ' Eric Cantona layed into a Crystal Palace fan :upyeah:

  5. Yes, I stand corrected. Same colours, never mind, guess it is only footy, after all.

  6. No worries Mate , would also like to congratulate my local side Swansea City on defeating the mighty Chelsea ...............:wink::wink:..............

  7. Deffo did well, as did Bradford. And Swansea did a proper job on my lot, too, to keep it 0-0. Hats off to Laudrup and Co.

  8. I didn't think he kicked him deliberately. The boy lay on top of the ball to waste time (he alluded to this on his Fb page before the game) and after trying to pick the ball out from under the youngster, the player tried to kick it out, he did of course connect with the boy too. The boy has been to apologise to the player and the player has apologised to the boy. Personally I think that should be an end to it and I don't think the lad should be acting as a ball boy again and the player will serve his 3 match ban for a sending off, end of.

    Simples :)

  9. Personally I'd give the kid an Oscar......

He's obviously watched too many 'star' players writhing about in agony one minute then fine the next.....he even managed to complain to the ref. in the middle of it.

If it was premeditated by the boy, then he shouldn't be allowed as a ball boy again and Hazard hopefully will learn an important lesson.

As Royum said, if they have spoken to each other that should be it.

But no doubt it will go on for weeks and the kid will be on daytime Tv and in every paper etc.

  10. The ball 'boy' was in fact 17 and the son of city's director he should have known better than try and time waste. The player was just trying to kick the ball and get it back into play.

  11. Same colours ???? Are you sure your a football fan ? .........and another thing, if fat Eric had jumped into the West Ham stand on that day,

then that would have been the end of him !

  12. little shit deserved it lol

  13. Girls will be girls. A pair of puffed up gayball princess's indeed

  14. As a Chelsea fan who can remember a time before Romans Billions, when the ball twat was shown in to the dressing room after the match I would have got Chopper Harris
to show him what a proper shoeing is and then let David Webb eat him.

  15. The ball-boy should have been clipped around the ear, and banned for life in my opinion, for wasting time and bad sportsmanship. The little sh"t.

  16. Cantona was a God and didnt take any shit.

  17. A God, another overpaid prima donna more like.

  18. Maroon and blue, pretty similar to me. Patterns do change, but the colours are near enough. But fair point, not been to more than 1 game in past 4 seasons, so can't really call myself a fan much these days. Footie has gone to shoite, even if my favourite team is doing ok these days. Egg-chasing - it's the future ;-)

  19. Palace played in claret and blue til 1973 , then changed to cardinal red and brighter darker shade of blue they are known for now.

Oh yes One of our fans got booted :(
Don't mention Man U :( Bloody typical now buying Zaha :(
I was raised a Palace fan as my home town team.
I still go every year to a couple of Palace games.
Rest of my family Arsenal fans my great Uncle is George Allison one of the most well known Arsenal managers.

Man U are doing well cause you bloody buy every good player :( like RVP .
    You can keep Shrek.

Ball boy should not have time wasted like that however is a known tactic as is when taking corners using a towel ;)
But he had no right to boot him like that.

Ball boy should be spoken too
    Player deserved red card.

I really hate it when kids support teams like Man U when they are not from there and never been there.

I know Palace are a feeder team and a yo yo team but I went as a kid and was born not far from Selhurst park.
