Hypermotard Newbie From Derbyshire..

  1. hi all,
    Have picked up my new to me 2008 hypermotard today, having bought it from a top notch forum member. Great bloke, great bike.
    As it was raining in biblical style when I went to Surrey this morning I never got to ride it until l I got home this afternoon, but boy was I impressed. I’ve had a 620 multistrada in the past, but that was dire, I’ve also got a KTM 600 smc and a 990 Adventure. Well the 1100 feels like an amalgamation of both of those! Light, clickable, small...but powerful. Have realised I need to move the bars ASAP, have ordered a few goodies already to replace the odd part and then intend using it if the sun ever comes out again? Off to Ducati Nottingham in the morning to browse for merch....
    Looking forward to learning lots off here and hopefully becoming an active participant.
