OK, I'm in. Dogs will be going to SWUTBO's Sunday night. Looking forward to a great day out on the bike, no pressure... Is there a route as such, other than a list of places?
Cool, yes draw lines between the places on the best scenic roads, that’s the route lol, sorry it’s in my head, wil try to dig some road numbers up later,
If I can convince SWUTBO to have the dogs until Tuesday morning then I'd be up for that. And thanks, will look at a map and the points you mentioned on a map and work it out. Should be fairly obvious.
Obviously if you live near the polar circle your welcome too @Robarano, @Exige , @El Toro , it's summer here !
Hay, Brecon, llandovery, llandeilo, Carmarthen, Tenby, st David's, tresaith, newquay, lampeter, llandovery brecon, hay, is the plan,
If you’d have headed to north Wales I could have met you. It’d take me 4 hours just to get to Hay. Another time maybe when I have more time available.
You can have a lay in till seven, arrive at 11, then from newquay head north Aberystwyth , porthmaddog, polarcircle=home before dark, or claim exceptional circumstances( sunny warm ) and do the Monday ride too, but yes long day, weather permitting the horizon unlimited weekend could be good?
Different trip to the one on here, but myself, another Diaveler and an XDiaveler will be leaving Warrington tomoz, stopping at Rhug, onto the bike cafe by Bala lake, then to Barmouth. Back via Blanau, stop at Betws Y Coed then home. I’ll take some pics if I remember. To the guys on the ride out on this thread, have a goodun and ride safe, Stuart
It would be nice to meet a few more of the forum How many dukers tomorrow ftsf (auto correct wants to make that dysfunction)
