It's surely the crashing rather than the speeding that causes the loss of body parts... or leprosy? I'm quietly hoping that this thread turns into another cycling diatribe. I enjoy those greatly.
I was taking it easy scrubbing in new tyres. Other motorcyclists I saw were riding okay. Although a monster made me jump a tiny bit just as I was aiming for an apex by simply appearing coming the other way on the Lingfield GP. Messed up my corner. Had a car pull out on me and cross my path, thank fuck for abs and m50's. Cunt waited till I was almost on top of him till he pulled out. Then wondered why I was so fucking angry. No I wasnt speeding either. Doing 60 in a 60. I like cyclists, Im cyclist friendly. Edited to fix speellign errur.
I was going though chippenham and cirencester Friday night on my 1198 maybe it's me he's telling off??
Well there you go, if you had of been speeding, you'd have passed long before the fucker pulled out. See, speeding is good and can save your bacon!!
I had been speeding but when I saw the car in the distance I knocked it back as my scooby senses detected an alert and it wasnt the amg behind me that I'd just dealt with.
Such hubris Already 2 motorcyclist deaths have been reported in my local paper this year and remember that in most cases there is no other vehicle involved.
I suspect Jon, it's more that folk don't like being told what the fuck to do by complete strangers, who really should mind their own, that's my guess......
Stoner (smiling): "How's your shoulder? Is it okay?" Rossi (helmet still on): "I'm very sorry." Stoner: "Okay. You have some problem with your shoulder?" Rossi: "I make a mistake" Stoner: "Yeah. Obviously your ambition outweighed your talent." Rossi: "Eh?" Stoner: "Ambition is more than the talent." Rossi: "I'm very sorry." Stoner: "No problem."
I got it, I just fail to understand how you can possibly quote folks perceived or actual ability having never met them or seen them ride a bike?
