My Radical SuperPantah project.

  1. I've just not fitted the breather pipe yet. I've made a breather box that sits inside the rear of the seat. I've not put fuel in yet as I need to get some larger main jets and sort out a few odds and sods. I probably won't get much time to fiddle with it for a few days now :-(

  2. looking superb Nick.!

Having to work outside on my project, doesn't get me fired up to continue atm. Besides, gutting the bathroom out is taking up my time.

  3. I was thinking of running the breather pipe into one of the air filter cones. Do you think this will work? All the odds and sods take the time aye.

  4. I had one of the small K&N filters on my Baines Imola. Some people really slate them and tell you that within seconds of fitting one the back end of your bike will be covered in oil. I never had an issue with mine and that bike got thrashed!

  5. Put the bike in the bathroom!

  6. He he! It'll fall through the joists

Treated y'self to some floor matting Nick?

  7. Yeah, it's much easier on the knees!

  8. In my last place of work we often had to kneel on checker plate, very painful.

Can't kneel down now, beacuse of leg surgery, they cut my knees open and now it even hurts to kneel on anything. In work I have to sit on the floor like a toddler when repairing machines.

  9. I had one fitted on my 916 mate and totally agree with you, never had a problem and looks far better.

  10. What about a little seat on wheels Andy? I got mine from Machine Mart, I think it was only £20 or so? This is the only picture it's in.

  13. Great to see your creation today, Nick. I love it. Good luck with finishing the last few details and getting it going. As we saw, your metallic blue is just a little deeper than original Pantah blue, but it looks great all the same. Also thanks so much for offering to help with my Pantah frame issue, very generous of you. No rush!

  15. looking well nice (must get my 500 sport sorted aaarrrgghh) great thread :upyeah:

  16. I think you have done a great job in such a short time. I really like the look. Cans NO but as you have chopped them since its your call. Personally my voye goes for Conti's in stainless or chrome but thats my choice and not my bike. Love the colour too. Look forward to seeing it the flesh at a meet this year.
