As in the title, this is a newer 2016 that has the colour coded red panniers rather than the silver. The bike has just hit 9000 miles and has the full Ducati main dealer history. Bike is still under manufacturer warranty till Aug . I had this bike up for sale last year but changed my mind about selling, but I have an itch to scratch so it's time to move it on. I have a firm offer and deal done with KTM dealer, and so if this does not sell fairly quickly, its going to the dealer. Added extras are.... Dark Puig Screen Mudguard extender Ducati Corse rear LED indicators (+slightly smaller but sensible plate) Brembo SA road front pads (Originals were not worn out, but these are better) BikePenR Sat Nav mount and hard wired to bikes correct ignition switched line (Garmin unit negotiable ??) This is of course the 1200S Touring so comes with Skyhook, LED lights, coloured TFT display, panniers, centre stand, heated grips, cruise control etc etc I don't generally ride with the panniers on and so they are also in mint condition The bike last week, had both brake and clutch lever replaced under warranty as the span adjusters seized. Recent ZVM-X chain. Both tyres done about 2000 miles, so front is excellent, rear may need changing sooner. As anyone who reads this forum regularly will know, I run my bikes in properly, and to the exact letter of the book right up to 1500 miles, and thus my bike burns no oil at all. When it was serviced , it had all the software updates and recalls so requires nothing at all. I would like as close to £11250 as I can get but am open to sensible offers, as the trade in price was near this anyway. All books, paperwork etc are present and has no bad history/drops etc etc, in fact, it has been fault free for the entire time. All oringinal parts included, plus an unused Ducati trickle charger. Any questions, please PM or call 0794 600 5151. View attachment 119228
GLWS buddy, its a fantastic looking example....& well cared for..... Whats it gonna be next I wonder?...
It will not take him too long to come back, ktm is nice bike but just isn’t really made with the same attention to detail, and it lacks a bit in the looks department lol
At least with a strada you know you will always have someone to talk too. Normally the warranty people and the help section in a ducati forum It looks a good bike chap, hope you enjoy the ktm, we all need a change sometimes. Good luck with your sale.
Might offer that bloke 700 quid for that Paul Smart bike, that'll keep me on a Ducati and I get to gazump that @camelfarmer bloke
Cheers folks for all the "good lucks" Now if someone could just cough up a boat load of dough, we could all move on
