I was in Imola with the Petronas team in 2005, when Troy won the championship. He was sponsored by Corona but they ran out of beer at the party. He’s a great bloke.

I’ve just been out for about 3 hours on the Scrambler to try out my new Scrambler goggles. They are ace. Much better than the ones I got with the AGV open face helmet I have. They fill the whole of the top half of the open face and so stop you being hit by flies and other debris. And the visibility is excellent. They are expensive in my view but I bought them with my Scrambler accessories voucher The ride was fun too. I’ll put something in the upgrade Scrambler thread so that those that are interested will see it
Just got home after visiting my elderly and very poorly aunt in Wales. Next time we 'meet' it'll be even more somber than today.

Very sorry to hear that Carrol. We all have to go through this, it's a stage of life. I have to say sometimes it's a release if you understand what I mean. The worst thing is when someone you love goes on suffering. As Terry said to me, be strong.

As for me, I've been riding the rollercoaster. Bro 6 is amazingly happy and on good form. Bro2, well serious stuff that I'll tell you about later. My house sale fell through when the chain broke lower down, bummer. Also a really terrible scenario has unfolded, because of circumstances both my bikes are in Spain, I'm in England. I had no bikes to ride! What a bummer when the roads were empty and everyone was watching 'The Wedding'. So today I put it right. I picked this little fun machine up from Moto4 which is only about 5 miles from the father in laws gaff. They were doing them at a massive discount before the 2019 bikes come in. (Which are neigh on identical except for a lithium battery). Thank god for 'man logic' that's all I can say.
Finally got Dab worming in the car, and fitted a USB outlet. Loads of tidying, painting, extended main aerial for our bedroom. Its no surprise Maplins have hone under. 50% off everything with another 20% off until they close in a few weeks. Needed two male ends for the coax and a splitter. £2.49 for one connector, so over £1 with full discounts. No splitters... Walked top the cheap hardware shop 3 mins away, and 35p for connecter, 75p splitter. No discounts. Every day value.
