@Gimlet @Jimmy899 @damodici @JH_1986 and @jock mcsporran . I was told today the official semi soft side luggage does not fit with the full akra evo kit on the SDR. Do you know of any luggage that will fit with that pipe ? Not just the top bag or tank bag, but two side cases if you know of any ?? Cheers Wayne
The Motonaut/Enduristan set-up I use on my 1190 should fit. Properly waterproof too, the KTM soft luggage isn't. https://www.twistmoto.co.uk/soft-luggage-systems/238-motonaut-enduristan-72l-soft-luggage-set.html You don't need to buy the full kit with the large roll bags. You can just buy the harness and two smaller side bags separately. If you do, do yourself a favour and just buy the basic £79 Motonaut kit and use two pairs of Kriega Kamlock straps to fasten the bags on with. The Motonaut bag straps are pretty awful. Harness is excellent though. Twistmoto are very good to deal with. They're good as gold about returning stuff if you can't make it work.
Sorry it's a bit late Wayne but maybe you can get these to fit? https://www.ebay.co.uk/p/Motorcycle...7%26rvr_ts%3D9cf670761630abd9b346bbb1fffe08ed I mean if you're going to add panniers to a bike such a a Superduke running a full blown akrapovic system, you may as well not mess about and let people know you mean business
Oh yeah !! the full Filo Beddoe, Not quite what I was after but appreciate the thought PS. Not for everyday use, only for trips.
I use Kriega kit. Got a US20 and 2xUS10's that I used on the 899. Was plenty for a 3 week Euro jaunt with a tank bag.
Kriega US30, the manly choice to mix with the full Akrapovic. Mirrors optional lid hanger and yes that's the Evotech tail tidy which is a work of art and genius fit (buy it)
It must do mate, whatever I got with the special edition is whats fitted. It kinda comes in two cast halves and there's a proper channel within it where the wires lay. Can't fault it as a piece of engineering, honestly its probably the one to buy. I always email the same fella there ever since he gave great service years ago on a different bike. Garry Twigg I think, decent bunch they are
Thanks mate, I have cancelled the power part one, and I cancelled the wave disks, but everything else is all good. The wave disks were the best part of 600 quid and even the dealer says they are not as good as oem ,so I'll wear them out first then look at waves eh.
