Well, I have the app, and I've tried using it once. I have found a few bugs. Does anyone know how I report my results?
Can you change KMH to MPH..? For feedback, Go to "you" bottom left of screen Then the "gear icon" top right of screen Select "feedback report" which links to Ducati link app e-mail feedback, an provide your feedback...
Thanks! I'll try to switch to MPH tonight. It told me that my max lean angle was 90 degrees, so I'm a pretty awesome rider apparently. The GPS mapping was a scattershot of lines all over the place, probably due to my phone dropping the GPS signal momentarily based on my beta testing for Rever.
https://apkpure.com/ducati-multistrada-link/com.ducati.dml got it running on my Galaxy S6 and a Monster 1200S if that is of help to anyone.
The app is not in any store I can find. I emailed Ducati and they said they are working on putting it back. It may be awhile before we see it again.
The name is "Ducati Multistrada Link" Android Users can get the APK here and install it manualy: https://apkpure.com/ducati-multistrada-link/com.ducati.dml
Hello guys can someone please help me ? i cant connect the app to my bike .... doesnt recognize the VIN; i tried to unpair the phone , delete the app ....etc ....but nothing works.... can someone send me please a new link to the app or something...thanks in advance
Available on app store for ios tonight https://itunes.apple.com/no/app/ducati-link-app/id1321914623?l=nb&mt=8
it's finally there quickly connected it to the bike and let's see how it looks like: looks very nice indeed, and bike is fully configurable by the app, so no need to go into the dash menu. will be testing this tomorrow first thing in the morning
Im still waiting for the link. I got the welcome to the beta resting bla bla and it said Download and install the app - Check your email address: you will receive within tomorrow an email from Ducati Motor Holding inviting you to download the Ducati Link app. I emailed them a few days later and the came back quickly with check your spam folder. They ignored all my further emails. I guessi will wait for it to be published
Does anyone know what Ducati do with this data? With whom do they share it and what is it used for? And if you use the app can you opt out of them using any the data? Under GDPR they cannot make using your data a condition of you using the app.
