Rumours are great in the paddock aren't they? But the big news is what happens at Suzuki, Ducati, and Repsol Honda. Rumors that Joan Mir would sign for Suzuki grew very strong at Le Mans, as I wrote on Friday, and now appear to be taking shape. The reliable Spanish journalist Mela Chercoles is reporting in sports daily AS that Joan Mir has signed a two-year deal with Suzuki, which will see him line up alongside Alex Rins for the next two years. https://motomatters.com/news/motogp
Lorenzo may not be the people's favourite but, with more ability in his little finger than the total amount of everyone on this forum, how some of the twats on here can make the comments they do beggars belief.
I think you might be confusing his said little finger with the rather large chip he has on his shoulder instead...
Cruthlow tries to be funny in interview but he just comes over as being arsey, combined with his talent for falling off /overriding the bikes its really easy to dislike him.
Ah, that explains the mid corner issues. It's not the bike, he's off balance because of the wood weight.
If we are judging talent only, then keep Lorenzo, he has talent. If we are wanting to enjoy the racing, the personality, the connection with the public etc., then be honest, the guy is soulless.
It's It looks like Suzuki have filled the 2nd seat so that limits Lorenzo's options Aprilia and KTM need someone who can develop a bike Repsol Honda can't see him playing 2nd fiddle to Marquez Satellite team - ego and money will stop him Ducati - same reason as satellite team Yamaha - Rossi plus they already have a 2nd rider underperforming with Maverick
Give him a Kawasaki in wsbk and see if he can beat Johnie? I don't think it will be a question of if he's willing to accept a lot less money to stay on the duc, he wont be offered a contract. Thought he might of ended up at Suzuki but obviously the've gone with Mir, good move . Certainly fast running out of options.
