  2. Driving down the Redwood Highway from Eureka to Santa Rosa, when something flew off the rear of the Mustang - a 2ft long piece of trim which covers the side of the rear cabin disappeared in 2 seconds flat.

    Went back, picked it up (it landed off the carriageway, luckily) and pushed it back into place - sorted.

    Then called in a vineyard owned by Francis Ford Coppola (too expensive to drink) and viewed his memorabilia:

    The Godfather desk used in all 3 Godfather movies and the Tucker car from "Tucker the Man and his Dream"

  7. Just got back from a bus ride out, the bus inspector got on half way back to check the tickets, all OK thank goodness, he carries a pistol, no messing with the Italian ticket inspector.
