Hi All, Just about to get my first Ducati, although i'll be changing the belts before long. Massive V Twin fan but this is my first Ducati, probably wont be the last !!!

Not much to worry about on that one, two things I can reccommend, try and get a sidestand from the later 1100, reduces the steep angle of the 1000 sidestand and 2, read up on filling up with petrol, it's an art form. beyond that, from behind, one of the most beautiful ducati's
Thanks guys, Will be giving it a service as well soon. Also was after a ECU as the old one flashes up false fault codes. Can't see much around unless someones got a spare out there. Looking forwards to doing some light mods. However it seems like a great bike.
Hey Check all the earths and connections before condemning the ecu . Also look to remove the heat sink from the ecu and check for corrosion on the mating surfaces , usually a clean up can assist with getting rid of random codes . Check out Multistrada.net there’s a wiki that lists all the codes and there a wealth of info on the forum related to the aircooleds common issues
