I paid £260 in January to Mr Ian Best for new keys and immobiliser reprogram, he sent me the parts back but the bike wouldn't start. After speaking to him I sent everything back + the ECU on 16/01/2018. For about 4 months he answered when I called and gave various plausible excuses for the time it was taking. The last 3 times he answered my call he told me either "he thought the parts had been sent" or they "would be sent in the next day or so". Since May he won't answer if I call him on a number known to him and if I call him on a number I haven't used before he answers but hangs up as soon as he realises who he is speaking to.
