At last ....just got my gt...anyone got any wheels for it?

    finally got my new gt delivered....and would like some lighter spoked wheels for it..
    anyone got anything for sale?:biggrin:

    Where abouts was this advertised by the way? I keep a look out but haven't noticed this one up anywhere.

    Hopefully I will be a GT1000 owner soon as well!

  8. is it me or is this my pic upside down?......

    It looked up the right way last nıght!!........thanks mervyn......got my eye on the dart...looks nice.

    the stock wheels..not sure If I want to keep em so that it can go back to standard....need to have a think and sort some more space out in the garage!!

    The bike came from Lincoln.....has been advertised in the MCN for a while .....dıd pay rather a lot for it...but it was registered in Dec 09 (late one).......and it is like new...

    So I am very happy with it..

  12. I've had mine nearly 3 years and am very impressed with it! Pretty much standard apart from an oil cooler guard - although I've been thinking about a rear hugger and extenda but just not got around to it.

  13. Mine had a similar cruiser screen on it too, removed and swapped it for beer with a harley riding chum, quite a lot of beer if I remember correctly. Hic.

    The dart flyscreen looks good on the GT,especially if you sprayed up, also junk the chrome lollipops and get some barends.

    just received my ducati performance brushed ally front mudguard and windcutter(for monster)............well.....my wiife has..(still in Turkey)

    and just pulled the trigger on the stainless Fresco's...............just got to let her know they're comin....:eek:

    I get the feeling my missus is related....:wink:

    No to be fair she's "tolerated" my new purchase (between gritted teeth) but knows I now have a new mistress - one that doesn't give me a cuddle but isn't offended if I don't buy her flowers either...:biggrin:
