  6. Think I'll accidentally leave this thread on the laptop for when the wife logs on, you never know . I did my first one last year, it was hammering down all day but still had a great time, looking forward to trying it in the day now and thinning down those chicken strips :upyeah:.
So where is it for ?

  7. Relax....listen to the instructors and you'll be grinning for a week.

    Enjoy!

  8. Replies just crossed, Mine was at Castle Combe too, I know some hard core track dayers don't like it but the staff were very helpful and friendly, I'm definately going back this year before I try anywhere else. Noise limit meant I had to put stock pipes back on tho'

  9. I think RIchie from Louige instructs there now :)

  10. nelson, i agree with Anth ... pray for good weather, warm your tires, make sure you have steelbraided brakes hoses and it will be a blast!

you'll learn more on your bike and riding in 1 day than in your whole ridingcareer.. its an absolute high!

  11. You'll need baffles or standard cans on to pass the noise test.

  12. The voucher is not for a set date, so I'm going to waiting / hoping for a sunny spell!

  13. Yes he does, rode a 900ss ie like mine, seemed to go much faster than mine though for some reason .

  14. Moved to Trackdays

  15. You will love it nelson :)

  16. You'll have a blast but be warned that it's highly addictive so be prepared to book up for more!! :)

  17. Oooh lovely. I've done a couple of the Bike Safe courses where they let you loose on the track for a bit and its great fun. Just relax and go at a pace thats comfortable for you and it'll be a hoot! In fact thinking about it I might have to get one myself!

  18. I'm booked on the Bike Safe course with a bit a track myself...:upyeah:

  19. Just seen the Bike Safe bit and have booked for the 20th April at Castle Combe.
