  1. Kite flying or Drone:thinkingface:

  2. Sound fat
    Both far too involving.
John Willie Lees is about as strenuous as it gets.

  12. My initial thoughts are to move house first then probably give it a year. Given I won’t be paying into pension funds etc going forward, on the face of it I’ll be quids in. Which is nice. :)

  13. It's the hours you need to concentrate on now, not the quids - the hours are worth far more :)
I was due to have my second meeting this Thursday regarding dropping to 3 days a week, but a meeting at JLR has scuppered it  MD is away Friday so it will now be next week

  16. Depends largely on whether you enjoy what you do. Work needn’t be all clock gazing and drudgery.

  17. I really enjoy my job, but by fook I would rather be somewhere else!!! hopefully I will enjoy 3 days a week if they do the deal I want, if not it will be 0 days in a year or two :)

  20. Me too. The only time I find life slows to an unbearable rate is at Christmas sat at home watching re-runs of james Bond. . I’ve taken this month off to use the camper van, it’s slowed time down and I’m liking the lifestyle. Not really put any thought to retirement as yet.
