  1. Hi all ..... I'm looking for some inspiration and advice, so I'd like to know if anyone here has come from a Crosstourer and onto a MultiStrada, particularly the 1260s... any input would be greatly appreciated as I'm absolutely gagging to buy this bike, buy really don't want to make an expensive mistake. I have never owned a Ducati before, so nerves are jangling a bit on this one.... please give me your genuine input....

    Thanks all...

  5. Hi Wayne... actually, a Cock-er-ney, but Norfolk by 'ball and chain' :) ...

My CT is lovely, but it's bloody heavy and TBH, I've always had a soft spot the the MultiStrada, and I feel with the new engine, this year could be my year... But my biggest concern is reliability.... Should I be worried??

  6. Hi El Toro, dunno who Davie is, but I've been called a lot worse..... thanks for the welcome... :)

  18. Welcome. I’m over in Norwich. I was a bit worried about reliability going from a Blackbird to a 1200 DVT but haven’t regretted it a bit. A lot better than the Monster I used to have 15 years ago. You thinking of going to Seastar?
