  4. Thank you some of the night I had terrible aches all over took some paracetamol and manage a few hours sleep

    All is going in the right direction bloods are stable and working on my anxiety :)

    SWMBO is off to Spain for a few days tomorrow so I have to do some "meal for one" shopping this evening apparently :rolleyes:

    On the plus side the weather for the next week looks lovely so I will be on the bike/s most evenings :)
