Lovely. Who did your tank? Will you add carbon exhaust silencer heat shields - to replace those triangular(ish) ally ones on each can?
Cheers. The tank was soda blasted then I hand sanded it to get the brushed effect. It was then satin lacquered on top. Funny you should mention the heat shields, I have some matte carbon ones on the way!
Loving the mirrors, I’m going to be installing the same ones on my bike very soon. How’s the visibility? Here is my current setup.
No idea yet, only just fitted them. They have to be better than the oem ones though! How have yours been?
I haven’t done much but will list the parts I’ve ordered. Rapid Bike Evo. Ducati Performance Levers. Carbon heat shield. New bolts for everywhere on the body, in stainless. Evotech radiator guards. Evotech tail tidy. New numberplate for above, 8x6 black backed. Carbon key surround. Carbon shock cover. Will be ordering over the next two weeks: Smoked screen when I decide between smoked and dark smoked. New sprockets, probably Renthal. Gold chain. Rearsets, not sure what to go for. Spare set of panels for Superleggera paint. Have my eyes open for a full Termi system too.
Thanks for info. Looking to get mine done. Your top yoke - CNC Racing or did you find another make? Cant quite see if the CNC logo is on the yoke. Like the look but dont like the CNC Racing price!
Yeah, it's the CNC Racing top and bottom yoke. Design Corse sometimes have offers on bank holidays and the like and you can get a discount through here too.
How come you didn't go for titanium? I could have got you some, I did my bike $440AU for about 85 bolts.
