  3. The trouble is you normally pay a premium for a new build unless it's a small developer with realistic margins.

  5. Which it is :) And there's no stamp duty to pay (as they are trying to shift the last two quickly) nor do I have to budget for additional works to be done to bring it up to date :)

    It will be what it will be :)

  7. Took the multi over to Ducati Mcr as its been playing up recently. DTC warning light comes on intermittently and it's been running a bit rough. Chatting with the ever helpful Mark, he's assured me it's probably going to be a loose connection in the traction control unit wiring that's sending mixed messages to the ECU.
    There were no mixed messages when he suggested putting down three hours to find and rectify the problem though.

  18. New chain and sprockets arrived. Stripped old gear off but found 2 x Cush rubbers cracking :( so ordered 6 new ones. So have to wait for them to arrive complete the job . Cleaned all grease off I mean time
