If that is the case The europeans who are demanding the 4 pillars or nothing, are unlikely to buy it and there might be issues around the recent repeal bill which was approved in parliament which said all powers will be transferred from the eu to the U.K. I wonder if she has just kicked the can down the road again, if it is the EEC application, it amounts to the softest brexit there is and if the eu try and negotiate on that, there is nowhere else to go other than wto, which might explain the claim to step up no deal preparations.
