  1. Test rode a Triumph street triple RS. Really liked it . The thing is i like the two bikes I have, sell two to buy one? Am I mad? . Would i grow to love it? who knows . Don't know what to do now . Might have to have another go on it .

  2. Just fitted my metal fuel couplings to the MV.
Had to get them from the US £89
When they get here HMRC add VAT OK but Parcelforce with there handling charges is a joke. Then the twats wanted a further £12 to deliver on Saturday. Luckily the depots not far so fetched them

  3. Finally got round to fitting a new ( cheapy) rear disc to the lil 620 ( cheers @bradders for the link:upyeah:)
It was so warped it was hard to push the bike!
Neendless to say I had to fithrow new pads. Gave the calliper a strip down and clean and everything a good old clean while wheel was off.
    3 hrs well spent.
Next week new chain, then oil and filter when I find some clutch fibers... then mot, tax and insurance.. that will be one bike sorted!! Then ss... then 749... then 48....

  5. Probably, but I only put it down once where I didn't want them to be, and it seemed to put them off so much, they never came back. Worked for me :upyeah:

  6. He could just get wankered every night, not come home for days on end and spend all his money on bikes... .

  7. Went to a cake and coffee sale in aid of breast cancer today
A work colleague invited me it was well supported with family and friends of her cousin who is in remission

I found it all a bit busy and lots of voices in a smallish living room but nice to support a good cause

  10. No mate, don't want a onesey, cause A. you look like a power ranger imo, and B. When you pull over for a coffee etc, you have to walk around with a jacket with a hump hanging down by your arse. o_O

  11. Ridden home in apocalyptic rain from mates house 50miles away. Visibility about 20yrd on A3 and M25. Not before I woke up to a puncture though. A pin in centre of tyre. A pin! 5mm dia and about 40mm long. AA pulled it out and plugged it. Result. Tentative ride home though on Pani.

  16. I'm not grumpy. I'm a cynical optimist. I'll go into anything smiling, even though I know shit will happen.

  19. Well, I'm generally of good cheer all the time.

AA Man was top notch. Arrived, fixed all within an hour. Motorcyclist too with new Anniversary R1. Cheers Jason! When he called, he said what is a Ducati doing out in the rain. Has it shit itself. I liked him from that point onwards.
