  4. Had my 1-2-1 for contract change this morning and now I’m sat waiting to see my consultant and how my bloods are doing

    I’m trying not to fall asleep on both counts

  7. Eye test. Perfect health. Barely .75 short and long sighted.

    Given all the tests I’ve had over the last few years (blood, cholesterol, heart, lungs) I think I’m officially the fittest fat person alive.

    Outside and inside: it’s in the genes ...

    My infection fighting ones are nearly up to where they should be
    Protein has come down to 6 and light chains have come down

  18. After a shakedown ride and a bit fiddling took my recently finished project Panther in for a MOT it passed with flying colours it's getting more difficult to find motorcycle shops or garages that understand classic vehicles
    Another one finished next is a Suzuki T350
