There has been two or three sitting around this summer for sometime now and less money than this one

 

Yes, £25k and both imports with more miles and more than likely a dubious history

I'm having a 1098R year this year

 

The one in M&S is a very clean bike and has sat there for months at £25k. Don't get me wrong, I look at it every time I go in, but have never been tempted to try and make it happen at that price.

I bought my Gen 2 Panigale R for a lot less and I know what I'd rather have.

 

To be fair, you could have a 1098R each year for the next decade and never use the same bike twice.

 

That'll be because fair value is approx. 16k. Rapidly appreciating asset = Radidly appreciating price demanded!
