  13. Oh dear.

Boys, the racing was great yesterday!! Supersport was epic: how the f*ck they made it to the end I have no idea!! And Seeley really is an animal, isn’t he...Poor old Currie, at last got a race win again but Kennedy is just a notch above and also had a tyre issue. Shame Seeley wasn’t there from the first race: Kennedy would not be leading like he is..!

  14. EF40673C-80C1-41D3-92D4-AD6AC5158CCE.jpeg I got an invite last minute with the Salus Ducati guys and it was a cracking day out.
Took Herman down instead of the car. Bit of a motorway grind but only got rained on once.

  15. I chickened out and went in the T6, didn't fancy getting wet, as it turned out was a lovely day, burnt my face a bit in the sun :D

  16. £7.10 for a bloody burger though. Didn’t know whether to eat it or use it as a knee slider.

  17. As long as people buy them at those prices then they'll sell them. If you imagine the bun costing maybe 5p, the burger maybe 10p and the cheese maybe another 5p, couple of pence for a box and maybe 5p for napkins and sauce. On the cost side of things they probably get change from 30p. If they're open for 8 hours and probably sell a couple of burgers a minute then they're probably pulling in just under £7k for the day... maybe a couple of grand for the pitch and another grand in costs (gas, staff, diesel there and back). Half decent accountant and a few sales of pop and chips on top and there's a very good living to be made there!

  18. If you did it 52 weekends a year maybe but they don’t. Rumour during the GP weekend was Silverstone were charging upwards of £11k for a reasonable sized pitch. The beer was nearly a pound cheaper for the BSB though :yum Andy

  19. The Clinton merchandise tents are looking pretty shabby now as well and it’s the same stuff every meeting. I like to buy my lad something when I go but nothing appealed on Sunday.

  20. We were the same at Cadwell. I like the Brad Ray glasses and hair logos but they need a few better items with them on.
