Much better thanks. Still hurts, but given I am able to breathe comfortably and sneezing doesn't leave me in total agony, I have to conclude that nothing is broken and that it is just bab bruising / muscle strain. A nuisance but should improve every day

Love this time of the year as the Canadian geese are passing overhead exercising their wings ready for that flight/what a sight & sound

 

Are Canadian geese migratory? Thought they had become residents.
I like the starlings that gather at this time of year, the noise is deafening as the roost in the trees. I must go to see their murmurations at some point.

Today/yesterday rolls into one, mix of coffee, beer, cream cake, cycling, walking ....apologies for repetitive pictures but honestly this place looks different everyday.
