  1. E9E9D0C6-8D06-4313-B486-DF662F87ABD6.jpeg Pic before I got drenched having a 10 mile around the block ride!

First impression; very stiff, very light, shoulders and arms ache already, over 70 and you need to hold tight...smooth, easy revving, qs and blipper work perfectly even with only 20 miles on the bike.

Going to need a screen. Going to need to get up the gym. Going to need a big adjustment to riding style. Going to be a hooligan after the placid, flyingcarpet ride of the multi.

  5. After 5 years on an armchair, sure I’ll be back on more sports orientated bike in a few hundred miles.

  6. Like the Msport colours, electronic suspension will never be multi smooth but gets slightly better when it adjusted, you will have to max out the suspension to get in within the bmw spec and remember to adjust with the engine running. If i remember correctly after 300 miles you get a extra 2k revs to play with. Good luck with the new bike :upyeah:

  7. After fist service they take off the 9500 rev limiter. And I’ll stick the slick chip in too. Have to get someone to help me set up preload front and rear, and I’m 40kgs over the standard settings.

  8. Very nice mate

  9. 40Kg, thats half my weight, you dont need to go to the gym you need to stop going to Greggs. Nice bike though mate.

  12. Given my ins was double the cost of my multi, you may be on to something there..!

  13. I think it was Pavey who had two nicked? :(

Roadlok is a good investment. I’ve got one on my Scrambler and toying with the idea of one for the Bimmer.

  14. Nice one Bradders!

Monster 1200R not make the short list?

  15. I had the XR-watch out for your licence-the sound gets addictive.

  16. Very nice. The bikini screen works ok for me up to at least 100mph, but I am slightly smaller than you. Don’t be alarmed when the forks start leaving a smear of oil on the stanchions. “They all do that, Sir!”
