Morning folks, took my multistrada for her 1st ride out on Sunday. Covered nearly 100 miles, I must admit I was a little apprehensive due to how tall they stand and the top heavy weight (being a girl) WELL what a fantastic bike, Ducati's always make me smile. It handled like a dream and within 30 minutes I had got used to the different riding style to my Panigale. Must admit I did like the looks the bike got too with the decals on. Money well spent on the bike, look forward to some trips out on her .. Put a huge smile on my face
The DVT is a brilliant bike enjoy be careful till you get used to the weight and seat height Were did you get the decals done
Possibly decals from here.... https://www.ducatiaufklebershop.de/...ersary-for-Ducati-Multistrada-1200::6146.html Been thinking about some myself. Just need to get a quote for fitting.
My first ride on the multi was far nicer than my first ride on almost any bike. Once moving, its easy to drift along, in comfort, at an OK pace. I've just changed mine, but would be supposed if another comes along at some point
Mostly common sense but they don’t come with instructions and different pictures on their site sometimes shows the decals in different positions (I found out the hard way!!)
They are a bit top heavy when stationary, as soon as you're rolling it's fine. Obviously worse with luggage and a passenger. Love the decals, did it come like that?
It is possible to get some application fluid, a light spray allows you to place the decal then squeeze it out. It will give a bit more control if you're not so confident with the decals.
Great choice of decal and bike. I am constantly surprised at how good these bikes are from all angles. I do struggle a bit with commuting in London but on the whole it’s amazing. I joe you enjoy as much as I do.
