Looks good. I ordered this last night https://rover.ebay.com/rover/0/0/0?mpre=https://www.ebay.co.uk/ulk/itm/253070567123
Welcome to the Teutonic side and enjoy mate, especially that gearchanger. Effortless and lovely sound when clutch less down shifting.
Not sure about the later bike but i got mine in March and only recently ( a month or so back) was out on it and it got dark, f*** me the headlamp is weak. I stopped as thought the bulb had gone, a Zippo gives off more light. Googled it and seems they are known for being awful. Have done the HID conversion now, well worth doing (if you need to).
The Superduke is the same. Headlight like a Victorian gas lamp. The pre-'17 Superduke that is. The new split headlight that looks like a baboon's arse may look odd in the daylight but it's awesome in the dark. Big fan of lean-sensitive cornering lights a well. All bikes should have them.
The bmw I ascertained and didn’t want showed up today at my place. Will try it when I can then pass judgement on it. Most people say they are good. We will See
I did see a friend on mine brought a red one and he popped round to show me overall it looks nice but what spoiled it for me was the cable operated clutch. You would think a bike of that type would be sporting a hydraulic set up like on my hyper.
If you manage to potter on this , you have way more will power than me. The screaming sound is infectious & my understanding is the R has a more aggressive lower down power band than the RR. Have a play around with the settings once you get used to it, they make a massive difference.
