  3. Yeah it's not his fault it's been boring, but unfortunately boring it has been.

So much so I don't think I've bothered tuning in to a single live race this year, maybe fast forwarded a few from a recording but something needs to change.

Let's hope next season starts differently

  4. I'd take boring, win and keep winning. The lad is fast. He is winning World Championships. Makes the rest of them look shit, half them would be better staying at home.

  5. Most, of not all, would.

    But stops people watching.

  6. Question:Would you want to sit down and eat fish and chips with ketchup everyday for four years in a row:thinkingface:

  9. Which he is without question, and it's not his fault, but the facts unfortunately are that people are stopping to watch.

It only takes 5 minutes to read many of the social media posts by teams or wsbk official ran pages to see it happening. The comments quickly turn to boring and discontent with the series, look back over the months and it paints the picture pretty clearly.

I don't personally find Rea likable but that doesn't change his superb ability, nonetheless the series which used to be a must watch hasn't been for at least two years now.

Something or someone has to change

  10. I agree, i remember going to imola and misano to watch wsb and the tracks were packed. Misano on tv this year looked empty, BUT i dont think its fair to nobble rea or his bike, the other manufacturers should be encouraged to up their game, also please return the races to sundays. This year at portimao the fans arrived on sunday to watch not saturday.

  11. Watch it on telly an bitch about how boring it is to watch. Ironic.

I just don't get how watching bikes racing is boring.

  12. It’s not ironic at all. You may as well watch a trackday as WSBK race 1, and race 2 once Rae has made the front (by lap 2)

  13. Will be interesting to see how Irwin goes on the Kwak.

  14. More interesting will be how Haslam goes on bike two. He isn’t Ione to hold back: hard passes have no fear for him

What is needed is a hard charging Davis on a competitive bike, Haslam doing what he has done on the BSB bike, maybe Sykes on another competitive bike too. Need 4 or 5 really
