British Indy: What Happens Now?

Discussion in 'Wasteland' started by Loz, May 23, 2015.

?
  1. Full Brexit with "no EU deal" on the 29th March.

  2. Request Extension to article 50 to allow a general election and new negotiations.

  3. Request Extension to article 50 to allow cross party talks and a new deal to be put to EU.

  4. Request Extension to article 50 to allow a second referendum on 1. Remain in EU or 2. Full Brexit.

  5. Table a motion in parliament to Remain in EU WITHOUT a referendum.

  6. I don't know or I don't care anymore

Results are only viewable after voting.
  1. Rather than Canada+, I Walsh’s wondered why they didn’t I use Switzerland

  2. Switzerland is under freedom of movement. It really is in the EU in many ways.

    That's why I could get a job here...lol

  5. true, i dont know if they are gonna sell off the SNHS to the Americans.
i dont know if they are gonna sell off geographical locators to the Americans or the next cheapest bidder the rights to make Scottish whiskey? a multi billion pound industry.
i dont know if they are gonna make it it impossible for our farmers to survive due to cheep low quality imports.
will they pay the CAP payments to them?.
will we be forced to give in to GM crop production further reducing our "brand"
will fracking be allowed? currently banned through planing laws.
will my kids have the same employment rights?
theres lots of things i dont know.
however, i do know given the chance, the guess who from guess where party would sell us all (that cant influence a guess where election) down the river.
i also know your country is sleepwalking to the right, which ultimately means that, sooner or later, a massive swing to the far left is in the post. as its always been.
bring back the good oll 1970's, it was good back then..
    aye, ok.

  6. yip, but it aint Scottish Whisky. any more than sanyong is a Mercedes.
quick reminder. Irish whisky (not Scottish) makes 2.4bill with 4% of the world production. Scottish accounts for 80%.
now, this is just one example of where all the shit could hit the fan re UK finances. apparently (through clever accounting and hiding our nations wealth for obvious reasons) Scottish only makes just over 4bil.
what happens if those business's with their head offices in London, where at least we get something, albeit scraps, are now in Tennessee?
just one of a gazillion things that the britnat never thought of.
tell, me exe, can you feel the jackboot on yer throat? where has it impacted in yer life?
