We have trade deals now. There are international laws covering much of the travel needs we would have. The deal is pretty much done for medical research and medicine to be in any side agreement. And there is the small fact of us paying billions in still to allow certain access and agreement....no agreement, no cash, Eu will collapse as even Gernalkny wont be able to support then shortfall.
