I know I live on a different planet but what if.... we send the worlds greatest knitters into space, like on the space station thingy... and they knit a huge blanket to protect the earth from the sun... trail it behind the space station... it would also collect a lot of the space junk I guess which they give to me to make muchly goodly things from.. Bit like a fishing trawler in space.. Genius or what? X

Well I’m frequently outside earths orbit and there’s plenty of room up here most of the time.. What is plastic? Oil yes? There has to be a way of re using it.. like making underground water storage tanks for drought areas..mix it with a stone aggregate and make plastic Roads? ( that won’t freeze or melt ) The DF boys and gals must be able to sort this out... new thread..
No names but all the following are lazy in my opinion Electricians/plumbers/plasters/carpenters/tilers etc of course there are many exceptional workers (Birdie looks the part)but few and far inbetween in my experience of over thirty years in the game
