Rob, facts & figures for you on a monday morning, let's get your week started #New £137.000 plus a £8000 HRC race kit =£145.000 so not double as this would be £290.000 a extra £95k on top! and another thing the RC30 at £60k people laughed at that price and it sold for more in the end
bradders,Post 6945 gives you the new price and remember the race bike would set you back over a million bucks at that time so a very cheap deal indeed

Went to have a look at this bike as its only a few miles down the road from me, @Exige did a bit of research on it for me, I think he knows the previous owner. The bike looks good in the metal ,but there are one or two little question marks I wasn't sure about, the bike is displayed with a number plate that doesn't belong to it, it doesn't have the correct Termi exhaust on it, and it is without its original plaque and paperwork....not a problem for some I guess, but if I was buying a 999R I would want everything to be correct...seems reasonably priced though for what it is.
Another engine personally built by John Hackett out of bits found lying around in the workshop. ST4s cases, wtf ? Beauty is only skin deep, looks the part but isn’t. My apologies, I’m tired, my back has gone into spasm and I hurt so I’m grumpy. Andy
May be someone will want it, and it certainly has some nice trinkets bolted on (but nothing of original) Priced at 4x what its worth IMHO But then I'm not in the market to buy
