Don't drag me into this thread Elise! You've a lovely shed, but it's clearly not big enough as half the bikes are in the lounge and kitchen. I never went upstairs (as I'm not Eastern European or female), but I suspect there are a few prototypes hidden away under the bed.
If exi has man friends on the ground floor, ladies on the bedroom floor, I'd suggest not going in his loft
The OP should also consider the possible cost of Planning and Building Regs depending on the location, materials etc. Even a shed can fall foul of the Regs.
There is no concrete in my 400 year old Stables and Coach house... it's mostly rotten roof and wet bricks of a thousand different sizes... hence the rebuild. I still waiting on our forum resident chippy to come around and quote for the new roof. when his bike needs fixing he seems to remember where we are
Mine is double skinned, insulated, has a nice big radiator... I like not being green. I even Kit it out with Ikea furniture... turns out Ikea has loads of biker designed stuff but they pretend it’s for other people. The below is labelled as a kids wardrobe... they’re much mistaken or it wouldn’t have a spot for every bit of my bike gear.
