maybe thinking of a hypermotard, have my 996 and a WR450F , both single seaters, poss thinking of one of these aswell for me and my wife so we can go out together, is it a good 2 up/ passenger bike, she really didnt like being perched on R1 , fireblade etc over the years before i went red, would like something sexy looking still which the hyper looks but got to be a practical 2 up bike aswell
LOL - have you looked at the HM?!?! ;-) I guess it depends how far you want to travel with her on the back, how big she is and how game she is ... but I don't think a HM would be many people's choice for 2-up!
hi dave, yep sorry didnt want it to tour on or anything like that, just bike stuff in south devon and cornwall, oh size 12 and no not game, trying to temp her back on, not been on a bike since my 1000rr blade 5 years back on a paignton bike night, would like to spend some biking time with her but dont want an old mans bike ( says he whos 50 next year ) , but you get my point, ta kev
just a matter of interest dave, monster ok 2 up, assume its a cover on the rear seat, as i can see rear pegs, or again, not the best
Kev, theres another thread that says its comfortable for a two's up. Hang on and I'll try and find it
thanks steve, funnily enough i think i am 18 ,but i get up in the morning and wonder who the old bloke staring back at me in the mirror is ; )
No it's horrible the one I pillioned on I thought I was going to fall off backwards!! I was bloody glad to get off Best Ducati I think if you want to entice your other half is ST or multi with top box The most fun pillion for me was the SS
very rare I go pillion R1 god dam awfull worst experience ever Monster S4 - really good However I think a lot depends on whose in front  some people are better at taking passangers than others Never been pillion on a new monster or 1098
+1 Been on the back of the 600 and s4 and while both felt 'safe' they were uncomfy - made my legs go numb and ache. Can't comment on the new monster. I found the 748 really quite comfy and enjoyed it but it does take some getting used to.
