Forgetting about actual numbers i think we could safely say nakeds sell more than sportbikes... at its very most basic my observation at the TT was way more naked bikes than ever before...especially tuono's...
Don’t disagree. Naked bikes are in the majority. Streetfighters, though naked, don’t do it for joe public. If they did they’d keep making them.
https://www.bennetts.co./bikesocial/news-and-views/news/2018/january/motorcycle_sales_figures_2017 Suggests naked would be a big seller. Until you see CB125 and ktm 390 are biggest sellers And s1000r of course
The biking fraternity is getting older. When the SF came out, it was ducati's usual high end price gap....that fraternity 10 years ago now has more available cash...plus then..its wasnt the "in thing" - now it is, simple as that...in Ducati's defence...they were way, ahead of their time...
if you were watching the text going up the screen last night....note how many were talking about the streetfighter.... All im saying is they made a wrong decision....nothing more...just because they make the bikes we all love it doesnt mean they make the right decisions...
Da yoof ain't coming into biking because if they have a crash helmet on, who will know who they are on their instagram page?
To decide if its worth building, you have to understand if it will sell. Hence the naked stats, as I said. But there aren't many of the larger cc bikes that sell. Whereas if you look at super adventure, which are pretty much all big bikes, they sell. Same with sports bikes.
Not anymore after I broke my back. I stopped the 2 stroke series and just did some amca rounds. Used to race in Australia a lot when I was younger. You might know a friend of mine from the British rounds Jake Nicholls. He makes me Look amateur lol
Always have low levers as I stand up all the time. That was the bike I did Weston beach race on so no time for sitting down
Yeh Lol I've heard of him. You a A rider, you must be useful on a mx bike. The Evo racing in England seems big. I'm only a C rider lol
