just got back from my latest swim. In last three visits done 50, 60 and tonite 70 lengths. mind you, they get a bit sniffy if I go too quick in the medium lane... http://www.customcartoonart.com/vehicles_gallery/gator jet ski.gif
Used to do Body Pump 3 times a week before I moved. I still recall the 5 min squat track! Use the 24 gym in Swindon now, they don't do classes.
Started an aquaint on rti (real time info) for the inland revenue, the more I look into this it looks like an information gathering scheme by the government, not that I'm paranoid.
Saw Mr Frederickson on my way up to 3250m. Some nice jobs of graffiti on the gondolas here. And a bit foggy up top
Got the bill from Riders for sorting out the 1098 the guys at the office have just brought me around with the smelling salts lol To be fair they have been excellent, they have collected the bike and are bringing it back to me due to a faulty new battery (not supplied by them), removed the alarm as I hate them, fitted new 14th front sprocket, serviced the bike, sorted the cold start issues I had and fitted a new rectifier and battery tray under recall. Can't wait to get it back tomorrow now
Dealt with a couple of proposals, about 50 emails, spoke to a new potential client and brought some step ladders home for my next door neighbour. Boring stuff really. Tomorrow I have to go north to meet with a care specialist at my parents home. Oh joy.
i was walking around thinking my heel was sore, suspected a blister, then found out when i couldnt take my sock of it had been stapled to my heel, ive not even got a stapler? go figure
Boss is away for 2 1/2 weeks I'm in charge Then I have to go to Newcastle Karma for the next two weeks in advance I guess
When I was younger I was intregued with a stapler and wanted to get a staple out of the gun without it bending, so I held it in both hands with my thumbs over the end and pushed hard, unfortunately my thumbs were over the exit point and I stapled my thumbs together Ouch that hurt, the staple was well in.
