I’ve torn both acl ligaments and done the right one twice plus dislocated the knee cap. It hurts. I have custom cti knee braces. Expensive but brilliant and well worth the money.
Unfortunately it's standard in the sport, injuries, some blame the tracks but it's just so quick. I was told about those braces, good kit. Bloody expensive but yes if they work its worth it. What you ride nowadays? Don't say ktm lol
